Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role in healthcare.
• Desirable to have HAAD/DOH License.
• Homecare experience as a Quality Officer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality management systems for healthcare facilities.
• Conduct internal audits and evaluations for compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and update policies related to patient care.
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics for improvement.
• Lead or participate in external audits and accreditation processes.
• Provide training on quality assurance principles.
