Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will develop quality management systems, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. A Bachelor's degree in a medical field is required, along with a Master's degree in healthcare management or administration preferred. This role requires 3 years of experience and homecare experience as a Quality Officer is desirable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role in healthcare.
- Desirable to have HAAD/DOH License.
- Homecare experience as a Quality Officer is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality management systems for healthcare facilities.
- Conduct internal audits and evaluations for compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and update policies related to patient care.
- Monitor KPIs and quality metrics for improvement.
- Lead or participate in external audits and accreditation processes.
- Provide training on quality assurance principles.
- Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry standards.
