As a Health Club & Spa Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the team maintaining five‑star service standards and ensuring that all wellness facilities operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of the health club and spa ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional wellness and leisure experiences.
  • Monitor facility cleanliness, safety and equipment maintenance to the highest standards.
  • Oversee guest scheduling, treatment coordination and health club activities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new wellness programs, promotions and service enhancements.

Requirements
