Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Head Receptionist to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the face of our property, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest journey from arrival to departure, while managing and training the reception team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.
  • Lead, train, and schedule the reception team to maintain excellent guest service standards.
  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and professional assistance at all times.
  • Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, reservations) for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest preferences, and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze reception reports to support management decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Receptionist, Front Office Supervisor, or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
