Job Purpose

Lead the bank’s Treasury sales business for the Retail, Priority, and Wealth Management segments, delivering end-to-end distribution of Treasury products across branch, relationship-managed, and digital channels.

Responsible for revenue generation, client coverage, and product penetration across Treasury-originated solutions including FX (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs), rate and structured deposits, precious metals, and approved yield-enhancement or structured investment products.

The role ensures disciplined pricing, superior client advisory, strong control culture, and consistent alignment with regulatory and conduct standards.

Key Result Areas
  • Revenue & Market Share: Achieve annual Treasury revenue targets for Retail & WM segments through active product distribution, tactical campaigns, and digital penetration.
  • Coverage Strategy: Design and execute an effective coverage model integrating relationship-managed portfolios and self-service digital flows; define activity KPIs and accountability.
  • Product Distribution: Drive sales of Treasury solutions including FX (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs), rate-linked and structured deposits, precious metals, and yield-enhancement products (e.g., DCIs, range accruals, step-ups, and structured notes).
  • Pricing & Execution: Define pricing parameters with Trading; approve exceptions within DOA to optimize spreads and client experience.
  • Digital Channel Growth: Partner with Digital Banking and Marketing to expand online FX and mobile Treasury platforms, improve activation ratios, and enable data-driven targeting.
  • Conduct & Risk Governance: Maintain a “low-risk” audit rating by embedding suitability, target-market definitions, KYC/AML, and conduct standards across all distribution channels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build alignment with Retail Banking, WM, Trading, Structuring, Risk, and Digital teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and continuous product improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Capability: Recruit, coach, and motivate Treasury sales professionals; ensure readiness on product, advisory, and conduct certifications.
  • Performance Management: Own MI dashboards, portfolio analytics, and client behavior insights to refine coverage and identify growth levers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; ACI, CFA, or CFTe preferred.
  • 10–12+ years in Treasury or Markets Sales, with at least 5 years leading Retail/WM Treasury coverage.
