Head of Radio Station, El-Fujairah, UAE. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Radio Station to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall development and management of the radio station. This includes planning and executing strategies to increase audience numbers, developing content that is engaging and relevant to the local area, overseeing all technical aspects of broadcasting, working with sponsors to ensure full coverage of events, organizing promotional activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff and creating an environment that encourages creativity.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in broadcasting or a related field and several years’ experience in radio management. Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian or Egyptian nationals and who are fluent in English. No experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
