The job holder is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition plans, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates, building a strong talent pipeline, design TA processes and ensure positive candidate experience.
To manage and deliver an effective resourcing strategy bank wide that ensures efficiency and optimal external and internal sourcing.
