This is a senior commercial mandate to scale ocean freight revenue across key trade lanes deepen strategic accounts and build a high performing sea freight sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Grow sea freight revenue across priority trade lanes and customer segments.
  • Win new business through strong market intelligence and a consistent pipeline.
  • Lead rate contract and commercial negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Own key accounts and executive relationships to protect and expand revenue.
  • Build coach and performance manage a strong sales team.
  • Drive forecasts KPIs budgeting profitability and clean reporting.
  • Work closely with operations to protect service levels and client experience.
