About the Role

As Head of Sales and Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, optimizing operational performance, and leading high-impact sales initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the UAE real estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across sales and operational functions.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee sales strategies, project development, marketing, and operational activities.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and track operational KPIs.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams.
