We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales for our Abu Dhabi Branch to lead the sales strategy and our IT System Integration business. The role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in enterprisesales, solutions consulting, and partner management across domains such as cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, managed services, digital infrastructure and enterprise applications. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding into new markets, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales targets in the system integration or IT services sector.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
