Qualifications

• Experience building operations in systematic or high-frequency trading environments.

• Own and evolve the operating model across trading, post-trade operations, and reconciliations.
• Lead Middle Office and Operations as a single integrated function.
• Act as the primary escalation owner for market disruptions and incident oversight.
