Job description

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

Our sights are set high, and our problems are hard. We believe that diversity in the workplace makes us smarter, drives better insights, and ultimately leads to success. We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences and supports all team members.

What You'll Do:

Join Archer as the Head of International Infrastructure to lead the deployment of vertiports across diverse global markets. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of international vertiport development—from initial network planning to site construction and electrification—enabling Archer's international launch vision. You will also drive localization of infrastructure requirements with in-market partners, including vertiport design, airspace integration, and electrification. Reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Officer, you will deliver strategic planning, executive-level reporting, and coordination with local stakeholders to enable world-class vertiport networks. We seek dynamic, innovative leaders who thrive in complex global environments and are passionate about building the future of urban air mobility.

  • Provide infrastructure support for all international Launch Edition customers, including airport integrations, regulatory certification, and localization of infrastructure requirements.
  • Lead and analyze a portfolio of future vertiport transactions to create appropriate deal structures across various international markets.
  • Product manage the evolution of vertiport products across international markets, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
  • Project manage the initial infrastructure required for testing, certification, and early commercial operations in international launch markets.
  • Create a local ecosystem of infrastructure partners, including real estate, construction, and electrification companies.
  • Develop executive reporting and engagement at HQ to align the international vertiport portfolio with the company's vision.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all phases of real estate deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Implement and refine infrastructure processes to ensure world-class execution standards.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry experts to stay informed on trends and opportunities.

What You Need:

  • 10 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, facilities management, or the aviation industry.
  • Ability to travel to international markets.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Confidence in presenting to executive management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, financial modeling software, and Google Workspace.
