Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives and drive online growth for a prominent organization in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with business objectives, while leading a talented team of digital professionals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the digital marketing budget for efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Ensure the team has necessary tools, resources, and training.
- Develop SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical implementations like sitemaps and site speed.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Create social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and analyzing performance to improve open and click-through rates.
- Implement content marketing strategies, collaborating with creative teams to produce optimized content like blog posts and infographics.
- Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush, generating reports on metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects.
- Adaptability to new technologies and skills.
Experience
- Marketing Agency experience is a must
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, technologies, and trends.
- Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
