Position: Head of Digital
Function: Marketing / Brand Design
Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Marketing
Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Purpose

The Head of Digital will act as the creative authority responsible for shaping the brand’s visual identity, digital presence, and overall aesthetic. This role will translate brand vision into a refined luxury experience across all digital and physical touchpoints. The position requires a leader who owns the brand design narrative end-to-end and ensures consistency, desirability, and premium perception across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of all digital and physical design assets with a cohesive luxury aesthetic.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver original social media content to enhance engagement and brand appeal.
  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual language, identity, and design philosophy.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Marketing on campaigns, launches, events, and digital initiatives.
  • Translate strategic brand vision into a seamless online and offline brand experience.
  • Own creative direction for marketing collaterals, presentations, websites, applications, and digital campaigns.
  • Benchmark global luxury lifestyle and real estate brands to maintain aspirational relevance.
  • Lead and mentor the creative team while setting high standards for innovation and quality.

  • Establish strong brand foundation and digital DNA.
