Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SMB or mid-market segment.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, services and industry challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Drive channel sales growth using the RFY framework.
  • Scale revenue through Distributors, Managed & Unmanaged Resellers.
  • Increase Enterprise and SMB run rate via scalable marketing campaigns.
  • Own Partner Programs, rebates, incentives and Deal Registration governance.
  • Lead Enterprise account planning, pipeline health and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Align closely with Marketing to drive pipeline and new logo acquisition.
  • Coach, develop, and hire high-performing B2B sales teams.
  • Set clear KPIs and manage performance to exceed sales targets.

Job Purpose

The Head of B2B Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across Partner Channel and Enterprise segments in the UAE & Oman region by defining and executing scalable sales strategies, strengthening partner ecosystems and ensuring excellence in pipeline management, forecasting and sales execution. The role owns regional sales performance while building a high-performing, well-enabled B2B sales organization aligned with overall business objectives.

Main responsibilities
  • Drive channel sales growth using the RFY (Reach, Frequency, Yield) framework
  • Scale revenue through Distributors, Managed & Unmanaged Resellers
  • Increase Enterprise and SMB run rate via scalable, new-business marketing campaigns
  • Own Partner Programs, rebates, incentives and Deal Registration governance
  • Lead Enterprise account planning, pipeline health and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Align closely with Marketing to drive pipeline and new logo acquisition
  • Coach, develop, and hire high-performing B2B sales teams
  • Set clear KPIs and manage performance to exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
