• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
• 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within retargeting.
• Experience in recruitment and building account management structures.

Location: Dubai / hybrid

You Will:

• Manage a team of high-performing individuals with regular mentoring and feedback;
• Standardize local Account Management processes and implement global best practices;
• Hold responsibility for profit center goals within the account management area;
• Ensure client satisfaction and high retention for top market clients through C-level relationship building;
• Support the team in regular performance reporting to clients;
• Report internally on individual and market performance to the regional director and HQ;
• Coordinate expertise building within the Account Management team.

Desired Experience:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry;
• Fluent English (C1 level);
• 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within retargeting, in client-facing roles;
• Experience working with large budgets and key clients;
• Experience building relationships with C-level stakeholders;
• Experience in recruitment and building account management structures;
• Knowledge of the online advertising market in MENA;
• Good understanding of the current AdTech industry;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets and Google Analytics;
• High-quality communication and presentation skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills with proven data analysis experience;
• Positive, proactive approach;
• Openness to business travel.
