About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join Jumeirah Al Naseem.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performance culinary and stewarding team, delivering exceptional food quality, service standards, and brand consistency
  • Own full kitchen operations including menu development, seasonal creativity, production standards, and guest satisfaction
  • Drive financial performance by controlling food costs, inventory, wastage, purchasing, and supporting full outlet P&L management
  • Ensure full compliance with Jumeirah food safety, health & hygiene standards, local regulations, and equipment maintenance requirements
  • Develop, train, and retain talent through coaching, performance management, recruitment, and structured training programs
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and marketing teams to grow revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance market competitiveness

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Accomplished Head Chef or senior culinary leader with a strong Italian cuisine background and proven high‑volume kitchen experience, gained within luxury hotels or high-end standalone restaurants; recognized for excellence in menu creation, quality control, and refined presentation
  • Charismatic and inspiring leader who sets exceptional standards, develops talent, and creates a culture of pride, discipline, and service excellence aligned with luxury brand values
  • Commercially savvy and detail-driven, with a deep understanding of cost control, food safety, and elevated guest expectations within a five-star hospitality environment
