Job summary

A leading catering service in Dubai is seeking a quality-driven Food Safety Inspector. This role involves undertaking scheduled inspections to ensure food safety standards are met, including verification of critical control points. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, Level 2 Food Safety Training, and strong communication skills. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a team and manage personal hygiene verifications. A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field is preferable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in food production or related field.
• Hands-on experience with BRCGS standards and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Verify CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs as per the Hazard Control Plan.
• Conduct food safety inspections and prepare reports.
• Collect food samples for microbiology analysis.
• Conduct personal hygiene verification of food handlers.
