About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Deliver prompt, personalized responses to guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements (transportation, dining, amenities).
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary while maintaining service standards.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, support VIP/loyalty programs, and uphold safety, security, and privacy protocols.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service
  • High School Diploma (bachelor’s in hospitality preferred)
  • Guest service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking
  • English required; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Russian) advantageous.
