Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate operations between guests, field agents, and service providers to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate directly with guests via email, telephone, and in-person to address their needs.
  • Coordinate with field operations agents to resolve any guest issues promptly.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance services to schedule and oversee cleaning and repairs.
  • Manage and update the DTCM portal with guest arrival and departure details.
  • Oversee the processing and management of property unit permits.
  • Inform and coordinate with building receptions regarding guest arrivals and necessary registrations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to engage in various operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the holiday home or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
  • Familiarity with DTCM regulations is highly advantageous.
