Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Service Staff in a restaurant or hotel (freshers may be considered).

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
• Ensure food is served according to restaurant standards for presentation and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide recommendations to guests when required.
• Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate cash transactions.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage multiple tables and maintain excellent customer service.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
