A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi seeks a Customer Relations professional to ensure exceptional service and establish strong relationships with guests. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Hotel Management, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication skills in English and conversational Arabic. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.

Responsibilities

  • Establish good working relationships with the guests and your colleagues.
  • Ensure excellent guest service to encourage return visits.
  • Update guest history and inform guests of all conditions related to their stay.
  • Strive to optimise the occupancy rate and overall turnover for the hotels.
