Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Guest Care Attendant – Guest Operations – AIN Dubai - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Greet and assist guests courteously upon arrival and throughout their visit
  • Provide accurate information about Ain Dubai’s attractions, services, and facilities
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, escalating when necessary
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas, including queue lines, cabins, and waiting zones
  • Support crowd control and guest flow during peak hours and special events
  • Monitor guest safety and comfort, reporting any incidents or hazards to the supervisor
  • Assist in the implementation of guest service initiatives and promotional activities
  • Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years in a guest‑facing role, preferably in attractions, hospitality, or customer service environments
  • Basic understanding of guest service protocols and safety procedures
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations
  • Familiarity with point‑of‑sale or ticketing systems is a plus
