Role Overview
As Growth Lead you will take end-to-end ownership of two or three of our most strategic vendor partners. You will be accountable for driving commercial growth, strengthening vendor partnerships and delivering operational excellence. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands‑on execution to ensure vendors outperform on revenue margin, assortment visibility and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Partner Growth: Own vendor revenue margin and growth plans ensuring commercial targets are exceeded.
- Lead Assortment & Launches: Expand product ranges, secure exclusives and orchestrate new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure Supply Health: Safeguard availability, optimise fulfilment and proactively manage ageing and at‑risk inventory.
- Maximise Visibility & Conversion: Secure prime on‑site placements, oversee campaign ROI and continuously improve content quality and conversion rates.
- Deliver Profitability & Governance: Monitor margins, track vendor‑funded investments and ensure accurate reporting and data‑driven reviews.
- Champion Market Insights: Benchmark against competitors, share market trends and recommend pricing or assortment strategies that create an edge.

Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years experience in ecommerce brand, category or account management (GCC exposure preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering growth and managing vendor profitability.
- Strong analytical skills; confident with forecasting KPIs and performance tracking.
- Excellent communicator and influencer, comfortable working with senior executives.
- Proactive, data‑driven, and thrives in fast‑paced results‑oriented environments.
