Role Overview

As Growth Lead you will take end-to-end ownership of two or three of our most strategic vendor partners. You will be accountable for driving commercial growth, strengthening vendor partnerships and delivering operational excellence. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands‑on execution to ensure vendors outperform on revenue margin, assortment visibility and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Partner Growth: Own vendor revenue margin and growth plans ensuring commercial targets are exceeded.
  • Lead Assortment & Launches: Expand product ranges, secure exclusives and orchestrate new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure Supply Health: Safeguard availability, optimise fulfilment and proactively manage ageing and at‑risk inventory.
  • Maximise Visibility & Conversion: Secure prime on‑site placements, oversee campaign ROI and continuously improve content quality and conversion rates.
  • Deliver Profitability & Governance: Monitor margins, track vendor‑funded investments and ensure accurate reporting and data‑driven reviews.
  • Champion Market Insights: Benchmark against competitors, share market trends and recommend pricing or assortment strategies that create an edge.

  • Consistently delivering double‑digit GMV and margin growth for assigned vendors.
  • Expanding assortment with high‑performing and exclusive products that strengthen Mumzworld's leadership position.
  • Maintaining strong availability and fulfilment rates with minimal lost sales or ageing stock.
  • Driving best‑in‑class campaign ROI and conversion improvements through strong visibility and content excellence.

Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3–5 years experience in ecommerce brand, category or account management (GCC exposure preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering growth and managing vendor profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills; confident with forecasting KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, comfortable working with senior executives.
  • Proactive, data‑driven, and thrives in fast‑paced results‑oriented environments.
