Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls and site visits.
• Coordinate with the Estimation team for tenders and site visits.
• Collaborate with the Design team to prepare proposals and layouts.
• Register and track qualified leads internally.
• Follow up with clients to negotiate and close deals.
• Prepare weekly market analysis reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide post-sales support and monitor client satisfaction.
• Maintain a structured follow-up database.
• Assess potential risks before finalizing client agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
