Why This Role Matters

The role supports effective communication by translating key messages and initiatives into clear, engaging, and visually consistent content. Working closely with the Liaison Officer, the Graphic Designer helps strengthen stakeholder communication, enhance internal engagement, and maintain brand consistency across all materials. The role contributes to the delivery of campaigns, awareness initiatives, and school‑related programs by providing creative support from concept through execution, ensuring communications are aligned, professional, and impactful.

What You'll drive
  • Designs and develops clear, engaging visual and written materials for internal and external communications, including newsletters, presentations, posters, digital assets, and awareness materials, ensuring content is appropriate for the intended audience and purpose.
  • Supports stakeholder communications and school‑related programs by adapting content to suit different audiences while maintaining clarity and alignment with communication objectives.
  • Produces materials for staff engagement activities, workshops, and internal initiatives, contributing to effective information sharing and participation.
  • Reviews, edits, and refines visual, written, and multimedia content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professional quality before distribution or publication.
  • Ensures all materials align with approved messaging, communication objectives, and organizational standards, applying strong attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Supports the maintenance of consistent branding, tone, and visual identity across communication and engagement materials in coordination with the Liaison Officer.
  • Develops, updates, and maintains branded templates, presentations, posters, brochures, and corporate identity materials in line with approved brand guidelines.
  • Contributes creative ideas and visual concepts for initiatives, awareness campaigns, and engagement activities, supporting execution from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Works closely with the Liaison Officer and relevant stakeholders to understand objectives, timelines, and target audiences, and provides creative support during events, workshops, and awareness activities as required.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support communication and engagement objectives, receives direction and approvals from the Liaison Officer, and supports communication strategies without assuming operational, managerial, or line management responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in graphic design, visual communication, and content creation.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Applies creativity, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to create content in both Arabic and English is an added advantage.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design.
