Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in supervising site activities related to civil works, including structural, concrete, and finishing.
• Monitor daily site progress, verify contractor work, and maintain site logs.
• Support in preparing daily reports, material checklists, and quality records.
• Help in coordinating with subcontractors, safety officers, and quality control teams.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Participate in inspections, snag lists, and project handovers.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company site protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (freshers or up to 1 year of experience).
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
