Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Emirati Graduate Engineer – Operations to join our team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi - Cement Manufacturing Plant. We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer with a Chemical Engineering background to join our cement manufacturing facility. This role provides exposure to plant operations, process optimization, and quality assurance in a challenging industrial environment. The position offers hands‑on training and development opportunities to build expertise in cement production processes, plant safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Plant Operations Support
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling the cement production process parameters.
  • Support senior engineers in troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring smooth plant operations.
  • Participate in routine plant inspections and performance checks.
Process & Quality Control
  • Contribute to sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, clinker, and finished cement.
  • Support implementation of process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet industry and regulatory standards.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Adhere to plant safety protocols and actively participate in safety awareness programs.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation and emissions reduction.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
  • Gain hands‑on experience with plant equipment such as kilns, mills, and preheaters.
  • Assist in projects related to energy efficiency, waste heat recovery, and alternative fuels.
  • Document learnings and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the team.
