As part of our Graduate Program we are excited to welcome a Graduate Design Management Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary Design Management team within our Buildings Places business line.

About the Role

As a Graduate Design Management Coordinator you’ll support the delivery of design projects from start to finish ensuring that communication quality and timelines are all aligned. You’ll work closely with Design Managers and discipline leads to help coordinate multi‑disciplinary design efforts while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage design processes for small to medium‑scale projects.
• Support design managers with planning and defining scopes, schedules and information flow.
• Coordinate with technical design teams to track design inputs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and update logs, trackers, and reports for design deliverables, RFIs, risks and changes.
• Review deliverables for alignment with client expectations and contract requirements.
• Maintain documentation and help drive design efficiency across projects.
