An international law firm is seeking a Graduate Coordinator for lawyers in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The role focuses on overseeing trainee activities, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and engaging with universities for recruitment events. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
General Responsibilities:
· Ensure excellent candidate experience, engagement, and build strong relationships from recruitment events through to the completion of trainee development programs;
· Organize and schedule activities for the Middle East and other international offices, including Summer Vacation Schemes, Internships, Open Days, and Assessment Days;
· Liaise with Human Resources, Business Office, and office administrators to ensure a smooth onboarding process for trainees, interns, and secondees where applicable;
· Maintain records and update procedures for programs and reporting;
· Coordinate advertising, marketing materials, merchandise, and social media initiatives for graduate recruitment, collaborating with Marketing, Business Development, and Communications teams;
· Build and maintain relationships with target universities, organize profile-raising activities, and attend law fairs;
· Manage invoicing and candidate expense processing in a timely manner;
· Support other student recruitment projects.
Travel Requirements:
· The role may involve evening work and occasional overnight stays for outreach events as necessary.
