Job description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Graduate Coordinator for lawyers, based in either their Abu Dhabi or Dubai office. Working for an international law firm, you will oversee all Trainee activities, liaise with other international offices, and handle additional projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in an HR coordinator capacity within professional services. Applicants must already be residing in the UAE. The salary range is AED 15,000-20,000.

General Responsibilities:

· Ensure excellent candidate experience, engagement, and build strong relationships from recruitment events through to the completion of trainee development programs;

· Organize and schedule activities for the Middle East and other international offices, including Summer Vacation Schemes, Internships, Open Days, and Assessment Days;

· Liaise with Human Resources, Business Office, and office administrators to ensure a smooth onboarding process for trainees, interns, and secondees where applicable;

· Maintain records and update procedures for programs and reporting;

· Coordinate advertising, marketing materials, merchandise, and social media initiatives for graduate recruitment, collaborating with Marketing, Business Development, and Communications teams;

· Build and maintain relationships with target universities, organize profile-raising activities, and attend law fairs;

· Manage invoicing and candidate expense processing in a timely manner;

· Support other student recruitment projects.

Travel Requirements:

· The role may involve evening work and occasional overnight stays for outreach events as necessary.
