Graduate Consulting Work Dynamics - Job DescriptionPosition Overview

Join JLLs dynamic consulting team as a Graduate Consultant specializing in Work Dynamics where youll help organizations optimize their workplace strategies and create environments that enhance productivity collaboration and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in developing workplace strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Conduct research and analysis on workplace trends space utilization and organizational needs
• Assist in creating data-driven recommendations for workspace optimization

Work Dynamics Analysis

• Analyze workplace utilization patterns and employee behavior data
• Support space planning initiatives using activity-based working principles
• Contribute to change management strategies for workplace transformations

Client Engagement

• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Help facilitate workplace strategy sessions and design thinking workshops

Research & Analytics

• Conduct market research on workplace trends and best practices
• Analyze occupancy data and space utilization metrics

Required Qualifications
