Job summary

A global quality assurance company based in Dubai is seeking a Human Resources professional for a full-time role focusing on developing and implementing innovative total rewards strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources and at least 10 years of experience in global programs. Responsibilities include coordinating compensation and benefits programs, managing HRIS, and improving HR data reporting. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, and professional certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards or related HR functions with a focus on global programs.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative compensation and benefits strategies on a global scale.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Payroll & Rewards activities for the group aligning them with strategic objectives.
  • Manage & improve HR employee data and reporting using HR analytics.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of performance management systems.
