Role Overview

As the Global Social Media Lead you will take full ownership of Bitunixs global social media strategy driving brand influence and growth of our trader community. You will activate users through creative content and social media strategies enhance engagement and work closely with cross-functional teams to turn social media activities into measurable business impact positioning Bitunix as the leading platform for professional traders worldwide.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and execute the global social media strategy across X (formerly Twitter) Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube Telegram and other emerging platforms.
• Build grow and activate our global trader community enhancing engagement loyalty and brand reputation.
• Align social media initiatives with business objectives using content and community operations to drive user growth and retention.
• Stay ahead of social trends and developments in the crypto industry proposing innovative strategies that keep the brand at the forefront.
• Transform cultural moments and trending topics into highly engaging social media campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing operations and PR teams to ensure social media supports overall business growth.
• Establish SOPs and frameworks for team collaboration ensuring efficient and high-quality execution across the social media team.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience in social media community management or digital marketing preferably with international exposure.
• Deep understanding of crypto or Web3 culture and ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing global communities planning and executing highly engaging campaigns.
• Familiarity with X Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube Telegram and other social platforms.
• Strong market and social trend awareness able to convert cultural trends into high-engagement activities.
• Portfolio demonstrating social storytelling content strategy and innovative campaign execution.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on user growth and measurable impact.
• Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills project management experience and team leadership capabilities.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment proactively solving problems and driving results.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
