This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in recruitment coordination. Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements.
  • Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain recruitment updates within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support final recruitment stages including reference checks.
  • Contribute to process improvements in recruitment efficiency.
