About the Project

An extraordinary upcoming opening in Dubai - the arrival of the oldest cabaret from Paris, launching its first venue in the city with a world-famous choreographer and a spectacular production.

An iconic cabaret restaurant, famous in Paris for blending fine dining with world-class live entertainment. This landmark opening will bring a one-of-a-kind Parisian experience to the city’s vibrant hospitality scene.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee the successful launch and long-term operations of this flagship venue. The GM will be responsible for all aspects of the business — from building and leading a world-class team, to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening process, including recruitment, training, operational setup, and supplier partnerships
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the brand’s vision and financial goals
• Drive profitability through strong P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Ensure seamless coordination across F&B, entertainment, reservations, and guest services
• Establish and maintain service excellence standards consistent with the Parisian brand identity
• Act as the face of the brand in Dubai, fostering guest relationships, media presence, and key partnerships
• Implement compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety, and international best practices
• Provide ongoing leadership and mentoring to department heads and the wider team

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of general manager experience in luxury hospitality, F&B, or entertainment in Dubai or Europe.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, premium venues (restaurants, cabarets, clubs, or night-clubs)
• Strong pre-opening experience with successful venue launches in the Middle East or internationally
• Deep financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Established ability to lead multicultural teams with a people-first, motivational approach
• Excellent guest relations, networking, and media communication skills
• Fluency in English required; French or Arabic a plus
