Our client a leading global name in elite personal training is seeking a General Manager to take full ownership of their Dubai facility. This is an opportunity to join a world-class team and lead from the front in one of the most prestigious fitness environments in the UAE.

The Role

As General Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the club driving client success leading a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and ensuring commercial growth. This is more than a management role: its a chance to inspire develop and elevate a team while delivering life-changing results for clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of elite Personal Trainers
• Drive client retention satisfaction and transformation outcomes
• Take ownership of commercial targets (EBITDA revenue and growth)

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or equivalent) Personal Training qualification
• At least 3 years experience as a Personal Trainer
• Minimum 2 years in a management/leadership role within the fitness industry
• Proven track record of client results and retention
• Strong team management coaching and mentoring skills
• Commercially minded with experience in budgeting and performance reporting
