Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Web and Mobile Application Developer with a strong focus on React, Flutter, Python, and SQL to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web and mobile applications that drive our business forward. This role demands a proactive developer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building scalable and robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Web Development (React): Design and develop responsive web applications using React; implement interactive user interfaces with modern React components and hooks; work with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications; optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability; collaborate with UI / UX designers to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Mobile Application Development (Flutter): Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter; ensure seamless integration of mobile apps with back-end services; implement new features and optimize existing functionalities to enhance user experience; debug and resolve issues related to mobile app performance and usability; stay updated with the latest Flutter releases and best practices.
• Back-End Development (Python & SQL): Build and maintain server-side applications using Python; design and manage databases with SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance; develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications; implement security best practices to protect data and application integrity; perform database queries and optimizations to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions; participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices; document application features, technical specifications, and development processes.
• Project Management & Maintenance: Manage and prioritize multiple development tasks and projects effectively; maintain existing web and mobile applications, addressing bugs, and implementing new features; continuously monitor and improve application performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React, Flutter, Python, and SQL; proven experience in developing responsive web applications using React; hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter; strong back-end development skills using Python, including experience with frameworks like Django or Flask; solid experience with SQL databases, including database design, queries, and optimization; familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Skills & Competencies: Expertise in front-end development with React and mobile development with Flutter; proficiency in Python and SQL for back-end development and database management; strong understanding of web and mobile application architecture; knowledge of web and mobile application security best practices; excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; effective communication and teamwork abilities; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker; familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies; experience with automated testing frameworks.
