- Responsible for performing the services assigned to his / her shift in the best and most appropriate manner.
- Supervise and support of the Front Office team.
- Handling any guest complaints.
- Direct daily front office operations.
- Supervise front talent and help out with accounting problems.
- Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management.
Qualifications
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Previous Front Office experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of managing and motivating a team
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud has its advantageous
- Exposure in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic when under pressure, providing flexible solutions throughout
- Be a skilled negotiator to resolve a range of guest and employee concerns
- Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication – both verbal &written
