Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Office Shift Leader to ensure an exceptional experience for guests. The role involves coaching team members, managing daily operations, and addressing guest complaints. Ideally, candidates should have Front Office experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel and be adept in managing a team. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing and motivating a team in Front Office.
  • Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guests have an incredible experience.
  • Coach and train team members.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve concerns.
  • Direct daily front office operations.
  • Support the Front Office team and perform duties as required.
