Job Description:

Our client, a high-end fitness club in Dubai offering premium group fitness sessions and activities, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the fitness industry or experience in managing front desk operations within 4-5 star hotels. As the first point of contact for clients, the Front of House Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming and luxurious environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for members and guests.
• Manage a team of receptionists, ensuring that all staff provide excellent customer service and uphold the fitness clubs standards.
• Handle member inquiries, bookings, and payments for group fitness sessions and other club services.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and equipped with the necessary supplies.
• Coordinate with fitness trainers and other club departments to ensure schedules, bookings, and classes run smoothly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the club's fitness offerings, promotions, and events, and communicate this information to members.
• Manage any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Monitor front desk staff performance and provide training as needed to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines within the reception area.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to increase member engagement.
• Act as a key point of contact for VIP members, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a premium fitness facility or a 4-5 star hotel.
• Strong background in the fitness industry or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and foster a welcoming, professional environment.
• Proficiency in booking systems and point-of-sale software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• A passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is highly preferred.
