Job Description

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that sets the tone for our guests' stay. As the first point of contact, your impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail will create a memorable and positive experience, ensuring our guests feel valued from check‑in to check‑out.

  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Handle check-in, check-out, room assignments, and room keys efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and hotel information in English and Russian / German.
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and upsell room categories when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate to the Duty Manager when required.
  • Follow all procedures related to safety, security, and data privacy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area.
  • Participate in shift handovers, trainings, and team meetings.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office or guest service role, preferably in a hotel.
  • Fluency in English and Russian and / or German (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in PMS systems (e.g., Opera) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
  • Strong grooming standards and professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
