About the Role

Project Manager – Events

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Luxury, Fashion, Retail

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Languages: French (Fluent), English (Excellent)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of event projects from client briefing and planning through to on‑site execution and post‑event reporting.
  • Oversee the project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of all event milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) and external vendors (venues, suppliers, contractors) to ensure all deliverables meet the brand's standards.
  • Maintain and regularly update the project checklist, tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Supervise site installations and ensure all work aligns with event specifications, safety requirements, and luxury brand expectations.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants throughout the project to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits during pre‑production and production phases to ensure quality control and schedule adherence.
  • Organize and lead pre‑installation and technical meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements for internal teams and third‑party vendors where applicable.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including permits, approvals, and completion certificates where necessary.
  • Conduct internal debriefs post‑event with relevant teams to assess project outcomes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Evaluate team member performance and provide feedback to support continuous development.
  • Create reporting frameworks and dashboards to track key project metrics and performance indicators.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with local teams and contractors, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing luxury or high‑end brand events.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory; excellent communication in English is also essential.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client‑facing skills.
  • Knowledge of event production processes, logistics, and quality control protocols.
  • Experience working across international markets or coordinating with global teams is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, brand sensitivity, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements.
