Responsibilities

• Construction and Repair: Perform carpentry work including the construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures, fixtures, furniture, and other related items within the hotel.
• Construction and Repair: Assemble and install doors, windows, partitions, panels, shelves, and furniture as needed.
• Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of all wooden structures and fixtures.
• Maintenance: Repair or replace damaged or worn-out woodwork in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Custom Projects: Execute custom carpentry projects as requested by the hotel management or the engineering team.
• Custom Projects: Work with designers and architects to bring bespoke designs to life within the hotel.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all carpentry work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the engineering team, as well as other hotel departments, to coordinate projects and repairs.
