Job summary

A leading brokerage firm in Dubai is looking for a Business Development Manager (Forex) to drive revenue growth by leveraging existing clients and acquiring new ones. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of FX sales experience, a proven track record of client handling, and holds a book of transferrable clients. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and GCC experience is preferred. The role offers a competitive salary between AED 4,000 to AED 15,000 per month.

• Own book of transferrable clients (must provide proof of past performance).
• GCC work experience is preferred.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager (Forex), you will drive revenue growth by leveraging your existing book of transferrable clients, onboarding new Client.

• Contacting, educating, informing and selling potential customers the company’s products, services and special offers.
• Building and improving relationships with customers and partners.
• Building and managing the sales pipeline.
• Collaborating with customer service, back office, compliance and other internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
• Following the company’s strategies to reach sales goals.
• Presenting monthly sales reports to Sr managers.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
