Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Forex affiliate programs.
• Deep understanding of commission models (CPA, CPL, RevShare).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid project management ability for concurrent initiatives.
• Familiarity with analytics and advertising tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies targeting traders.
• Lead creation and launch of affiliate portal with development teams.
• Recruit and onboard affiliate networks and partners.
• Configure tracking, manage flows, commission models, and integrate MT5.
• Collaborate with creative teams for funnel improvements.
• Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance.
• Set monthly and quarterly performance targets.
• Prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
