• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job description

• Provide friendly courteous and professional service at all times
• Be assertive and attentive at all times
• Assist with the setup service and breakdown of food and beverage areas.
• Support staff in serving food and drinks to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization according to hygiene and safety standards.
• Greet and interact with guests providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in inventory control stock rotation and restocking of supplies.
• Observe and learn standard operating procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service.
• Support operations as needed.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality.
• Passion for food service and hospitality.
• Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
• Ability to multitask work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
