Summary
  • Ensure that all interactions with Guests are engaging, entertaining, and align with the park's brand promise.
  • Handle Guest inquiries and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring that any issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain positive interactions with Guests and Colleagues, fostering a fun and welcoming environment.
Financial
  • Maximize productivity through effective time management and multi-tasking.
  • Assist in managing resources efficiently to meet the financial goals of the park.
  • Embrace new technology and methods to enhance Guest experiences and improve productivity.
Operational
  • Work closely with other Colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the park and the Guests satisfaction.
  • Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the park.
  • Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
  • Handle Guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report Guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with Guests.
  • Respond to the results of the Guest Audit and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
  • Maintain par stocks of all equipment and Guest supplies as required.
  • Seat, take orders and serve food and beverage to Guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
  • Answer enquiries and make suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to Guests.
  • Clear and reset counters or tables as required.
  • Compute bill and accept payment and strictly adhere to all policies and procedures issued by the Finance with regard to cashiering and cash handling.
  • Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage, wastage and ensure to follow the decoy system to avoid breakage / loss.
Personnel
  • Work closely with other Food and Beverage Colleague to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable Guest experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance performance skills.
  • Adhere to the park's grooming and appearance standards, ensuring a professional and approachable image.
Other Duties
  • Follow all park policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Attend and contribute to Colleague meetings and training sessions.
  • Support the implementation of the park's values and culture.
  • Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager and Team Leader.
  • Respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and park.
Occasional Duties
  • Assist in carrying out inventory of operating equipment.
  • Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Experience in waterpark / Amusement park is a plus.
