This role is critical to our operations and will involve a combination of strategic planning, personnel management, and on-the-ground coordination to ensure seamless transportation services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, create and meticulously optimise driver schedules through effective shift planning to maximise productivity and ensure timely transportation services.
  • Oversee and manage a talented team of 30+ drivers, thereby expanding our capacity and operational efficiency.
  • Diligently monitor adherence to established schedules and implement measures to guarantee efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate all fleet operations on-site, ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively and operational goals are met consistently.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a construction company, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the specific challenges and requirements involved in creating and managing work schedules within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with project timelines, regulatory compliance and resource allocation.
  • A demonstrated track record of planning and personnel management skills.
  • Ability to organise teams, optimise workflows and manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Fluent English level.
