Job summary

A leading sustainability company is seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Officer to supervise fleet team members and ensure efficient waste collection operations. Responsibilities include managing vehicle availability, overseeing driver performance, and maintaining vehicle safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2-5 years in service delivery or fleet dispatching, with waste management experience in the UAE being a plus. Strong communication skills and knowledge of safety regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Service Delivery / Fleet Dispatching / Transport Coordination.
• Waste Management industry experience in UAE will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Vehicle availability for executing the Waste Collection and related activities.
• Check driver’s attendance at start and end of every shift.
• Coordinate with Workshop department in the event of vehicle breakdown and accident.

Skills

Intermediate Verbal and written Communication skills in English

Knowledge of Waste management

Knowledge of fleet inspection & control

Knowledge of safety at worksite & First Aid

Basic Computer skills

Education

High School / Degree / Diploma in any discipline
