A global heavy equipment manufacturer is seeking a Fleet Manager in the United Arab Emirates. This role demands strong customer engagement, leadership in contract execution, and management of dealer partnerships to ensure successful equipment operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and significant experience in customer sales or product support, alongside technical excellence and outstanding relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience or 5+ years Direct Field Experience working with / for Caterpillar Dealers and/or Customers.
• 3+ Years Direct Customer Sales/Product Support Experience.
• Knowledge of English language (Arabic and French as additional asset).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and provide matrix leadership for contract execution.
• Achieve alignment of various parties within Caterpillar, dealer, and customer organizations.
• Partner with dealer personnel to direct day-to-day activity related to contractual commitments.
