Our client is a globally renowned healthcare provider.

We are recruiting an experienced UAE-based Fit-Out Manager with deep expertise in healthcare construction to lead hospital fit-out projects from design to handover.

The role is accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Role Summary

• Lead hospital fit-out projects from design to handover, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and healthcare standards.
• Supervise contractors' work across ID, civil, structural, and MEP packages, enforcing quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate with developers, authorities, consultants, and contractors to resolve regulatory and project issues.
• Manage variations, value engineering, and risk, advising management on cost/time impacts and corrective measures.
• Track programme, procurement, cash flow, and manpower to keep projects on schedule.
• Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, materials, and payment applications.
• Drive reporting, HSE compliance, commissioning, close‑out, and handover processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years' experience in commercial fit-out projects, including 3+ years in healthcare, with a proven track record delivering large-scale hospital fit-outs covering inspection, supervision, MEP coordination, finishes, and medical equipment integration.
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills with commercial acumen in cost, contract, and risk management.
• Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, with experience managing fast-track healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations in healthcare construction.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Education & Certification

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Currently living in the UAE.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to challenge and influence at senior levels.
